So we started building the answer.
The JMZ Pantry is a curated collection of Texas farm goods, sourced from small producers held to the same standard as JMZ Farms. No industrial supply chains. No filler. Every item is something Michael uses in his own kitchen.
It isn't a marketplace. It's a short, honest list, and it grows only as fast as we find people worth working with.

That's the only test an item has to pass to make the Pantry. If the answer is anything but yes, it doesn't go on the list, no matter how well it would sell.
